Owner and instructor Misty Ross has over 12 years experience in gymnastics. Misty previously worked in Kentucky, her home state, at a USTA certified gym. Misty has coached several national champion gymnasts. Many cheerleaders Misty had the opportunity to coach have gone on to cheer at the collegiate level, including the University of Kentucky.

With the obstacle course and inflatables set up for birthday parties, it is the best place in Duplin County to have any birthday party. They provide tumbling and gymnastics classes for all ages and skill levels.
